What happens after 500 days? Will I lose access to the program?
- You will be able to renew access at a much lower cost than the initial purchase. We want you to keep using, enjoying, and referring back to this material and we’ll be most reasonable about the renewal rates.
How do I access the material?
- You’ll create an account during checkout. You are then able to access all products you purchased by logging in at digital.horizontalhive.com/login with your email and chosen password. Please note that every time you log in from a new browser or device, you’ll need access to your email to receive and enter a verification code (you only need to do it once for each new browser/device).
Can I share my access to the course with others?
- No, your access and your account are for your personal use only, and you are not allowed to share it with others. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full details. Please refer your friends to digital.horizontalhive.com so they can get their own copy. Thank you!
Can I watch the program with my friends?
- Yes, if you invite friends over to watch it with you in your home at no charge, it is fine. But if you watch together at a venue other than your home (church, bee club, work, etc.), then it becomes a “public screening,” which requires a reasonably-priced separate license — please see the next point.
Can I show this program at my church, bee club, etc.?
- Any public screening requires a special license, regardless of whether you charge for admission or not. The current rate is only $99 for a one-time non-commercial screening to a group of up to 100 people. (This fee is in addition to the purchase of the regular personal access.) Can I download the videos to my computer?
- No, we are sorry. Streaming video from within your account is the only viewing option we offer at this time.
Can I purchase the program on a DVD or USB drive?
- No, sorry. It is currently only available as streaming video.
